Named after the farmer who worked the land before we did, Pio gives wonderful views of the sunrise. This first floor apartment of 73 sq metres has its own terrace, staircase and entrance. There are three rooms, a kitchen (with dining area), and shower room.

The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, gas hob with cooker hood, electric oven, and red granite work tops. The large wooden table with bench seats was hand made by the local carpenter.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to seven people: four in the two double/twin bedrooms and three in the living room, which has a single bed and a double sofa bed.

The pasture in front of the house is perfect for sun bathing. At the bottom of the entrance steps a vine covered terrace with table and chairs provides a shady place to sit and enjoy a good book, a cool drink or a leisurely meal.

For larger parties of up to 11, the apartment below, Il Tino, can sleep another four people. These two apartments offer complete privacy from the main house and other apartments.
